Our programme of events include Talks, Horticultural Shows and a range Social Events throughout the year.

Meetings

We have a range of talks with free entrance for members and guest speakers. Meetings are held at Hellesdon Community Centre on the 3rd monday of each month and commence at 7.30pm. Light refreshments are provided and there is usually a small raffle of items donated by members.

Events and Social

The Society holds Quiz Nights and a Photographic Competition as well as participating in local events with table shows, trade stalls and plant sales. Further details can be obtained from the Social Secretary.

Hellesdon Carnival

This year we will have a stall at the Hellesdon Carnival, taking place at Hellesdon Recreation Ground & Community Centre on Saturaday, 19th July 2008. There will be a procession from Heather Avenue to the Recreation Ground starting at 1.00pm. We would be very glad to see you there, so why not visit us and, perhaps, purchase a plant or two.
